Your President is Sad!...

There is a slight tinge of sadness in me today. There is this sense of emptiness in my heart...No i didnt cry like the man above ....
It took me a while to figure it out but I think I know why...I already miss EnPro2!!!...and all those involved with it especially my classmates and trainers.


Next Tuesday is not going to be the same. For the last 13 weeks I have been conditioned to wake up every Tuesday...full  of excitement and expectation of new things to learn and new skills to acquire for my business. But it is not going to be there any more.... : (

Yesterday, was graduation day and I think I can speak for many (if not all of us) that we had a fantabulous time...high energy mixed with joy and sorrow and heart tugging moments of achievements for our fellow mates.

There is nothing that parallels these emotion and energy and my sadness is linked to the realization that there is no more Tuesday morning war cry!...no more Jamal, no more Julita or Saiful or Khairul ( and no more pakcik's good food)...

no more...huuuuuuu huuuu!!!!

But...
move on we must!!!

All good things do come to end, but its really up to us to extract as much as we can from that good thing to  make it into something BETTER....or else we just fall back to our comfort zone!

From what we have acquired in EnPro2 we CANNOT  and we MUST NOT fall back!

We MUST move on, to something BETTER and BIGGER!

Guys,
As you have voiced yesterday, you want this blog to continue...then, continue it shall...I would like to make ENPRO2 as our own support group...where we commit to be better person besides being a better agent for our business...and we help each other to be better too.

GRADUATION DAY is here......

EnPro2 Class of August' 09

Dear EnProrians II,

As you know, this coming Tuesday the 10th of November will be a special day for us all...it's our GRADUATION DAY!

To mark this special occasional your trainers and team leaders plus some members of your classmates are organizing several unique activities. We invite ALL of you to participate and make it a momentous event.

As your class President, I would like to thank the trainers for their dedication and commitment in performing their duties and preparing for this GRADUATION DAY.

I must especially thank AHMAD SABUDIN (I declare his role as Chairman of the Graduation Day Organizing Committee) for his great effort and initiative in coordinating this GRADUATION DAY. He has "stepped-up-to-the- plate" to lead the Committee. This exemplifies the virtues and character of EnPro2  graduates.

Special mention also must go to his entourage of committee members, like KAK NOR, KAREN, KC CHENG and MITHRAN (as decorations coordinator plus his team members).

Guys and Gals,

I was briefed by Mr. Chairman Ahmad this afternoon and he has enlightened me of the committee's plans and it is clear that these people are working hard to ensure that the event will not only be successful, but also memorable!!!

I call upon ALL OF YOU to actively participate and lend your support.

Here are some important announcements I have been asked by Mr. Chairman Ahmad to convey to all:

ATTENDANCE

For this GRADUATIONS ALL OF US MUST BE IN BEFORE 830am!!!

I trust all of us will be able to respect this request to ensure an orderly proceeding of the event.

TOP UP CONTRIBUTION

Each of us are URGED to contribute RM10 per person into the budget.

FYI, funds collected by our Minister of Finance from fines and penalties will be used to part finance our event.

Since discipline was not a major problem for us all (THANK YOU)...the coffer for penalties and fines was not that much! Therefore individual top up of the amount mentioned above is herein imposed!

We do welcome anyone who would like to contribute more than the imposed sum, please make your payment to KAK NOR. FYI, there are some of us in the committee who have committed their own expenses beyond the RM10 to help ease the pain and we would like to thank these individuals. So for the rest, your generosity is most  welcome!

ATTIRE

You are required to wear anything (or nothing!...as long as it is) in BLACK and WHITE combination.

For those who elect to wear nothing, the event organizer cannot be held responsible for any untoward incidents that may befall you!  (wink! wink!)

There will be an announcement to declare the BEST DRESSED MALE and BEST DRESSED FEMALE...so come your best!

(Sorry no prize for BEST UNDRESS INDIVIDUAL!)...you just win the rights to be gawked at!!!

INDIVIDUAL GIFT

Each of us are required to buy ONE gift (anything) worth not less than RM10 and bring it along for the Graduation. You will exchange these gifts with the rest so you will not go home empty handed.

The PRESIDENTIAL Challenge...

Salaam and Good Blessings EnProrians,

To reaffirm the positive attitudes and ensure the continuous flow of exemplary fighting spirit which all of you have exhibited since last week after your leaders have beaten the "war drum"... I reiterate my announcement made in class yesterday for the PRESIDENTIAL Challenge to all members of EnPro2 and to the four teams.

Any member of EnPro2 recording a personal sales of RM150,000 or better within the week will be presented with a Presidential Challenge Individual Prize and he or she will aptly be conferred the title of "HERIOS" (hero/heroic in Greek)

Any Team recording a group sales of RM400,000 or better will also be presented a
Presidential Challenge TEAM Prize and will be aptly conferred the title of "HERIOS AGENORS" (heroic persons)!

Anyone up for the challenge?

ROAD SHOW for ENPRO2

Last Tuesday your Team Leaders and I shared the perspective of our business and its achievement based on evaluating the numbers and statistics of our production.

We also identified the possible causes or the lack of it in attaining the desired and targeted results. I was pleased to have noticed that all of you responded positively and committed to the proposal and action plan for EnPro2.

To day, we have been presented with an opportunity to fulfill that pledge and commitment as we have a ROAD SHOW project at GIANT SHAH ALAM from the 10th till 16th of October.

There are two sessions per day of
10am till 4pm
4pm till 11pm
...7 days therefore there are 14 possible sessions to choose from

For each session, there are 3 slots (one slot per agent).
i.e. in 1 day there are 6 slots.
i.e. for 7 days there are 42 slots available

We have 31 EnPro members...

Based on the commitment of EnPro2, and since we all agreed that we want to have ROAD SHOWS to help us achieve our numbers if not even try to improve it, I have taken the liberty to secure with the organizer of this ROAD SHOW to block this location for us, so that we can fulfill our objective to raise our production numbers.

I urge all of you NOW to show that commitment exhibited last TUESDAY to participate in at least one slot which is only RM20!

DONT BE TARDY if you don't want to be LOCKED OUT!...and we mean that literally!

If you intend to be late, please bring small notes! and I'm not talking about "buku kecik 3-lima" here.

We are not trying to be a PROFIT GENERATING organization here...but this is more about encouraging you to manage your time better. It is something which some of us (it has been noticed) need help in. (O yes! By the way...this applies to the trainers too!)

I'm sure you are familiar with the adage..TIME IS MONEY...there is no better place to exemplify it than here! If you are late and you need more TIME...you have to PAY for it!

It's a culture I wish to encourage for ALL ENPRORIANS-2 to live by even after the program has ended!...START and STOP on TIME!

The Reality of the OUR NUMBERS.

I analyzed the production numbers supplied by our trainers since we started EnPro2 and I would like to share just a glimpse of the reality it represents...

Todate EnPro2 has only achieve 20% of its target...and we are already at half way mark of the course and we have another half way to go.

A simply assumption of constant effort will only take us to just 40% by the time we end this program!

Is that good enough for you?
Are your happy with it?
Is that something we can celebrate about?
Do you think you have achieved much?

If you say YES to the above...then I think you should reset your standards....I mean to reset it HIGHER!

and I really mean....HIGHER! ......Come on EnProrians we can do better then this!

FYI, your team leaders will be meeting tomorrow night to discuss agendas that can assist you to reach your potential and hopefully provide some perspective to what amount of effort is required from your own self to get the numbers higher.

I urge all of your to maximize and apply your time management skills to slot activities within your week. The activities will lead to sales!

Welcome back from RAYA break guys!...

From the numbers published this morning, its clear that most of you spent a good amount of time during the festivities to capture excellent sales...CONGRATULATIONS!

Special mention for MILLIONAIRE GLADIATORS and Team UDW for being the two teams with more than a million dollar sales. Team Leader AHMAD SABUDIN and MITRAN is doing an excellent job driving the team and encouraging them.

UDW enjoy the 7-figure achievements

The rest of the team are not bad either although I think they have not yet reached the full potential. Don"t be discourage guys! Keep plugging away and keep knocking on the sales!

PERSEVERANCE and PERSISTENCE will pay off.

The individual performance by ELVIS CHIN must also be acknowledged. He has been consistent in his activities winning the CHAMPION Points collector 6 weeks straight!

ELVIS is KING!

Please don't take to heart if I don't personally mentioned the rest of the Champions of Week 6 and 7...you are just as great an accomplisher as any.

I feel excited when I see some extremely encouraging changes developing within some of you and I am sure you feel it too...isn't it exciting? isn't it just a great feeling to succeed and be acknowledged!

I bet you want more, yes or yes? Well what's stopping you?...GO for it

SUCCESS will NOT come to you...you have to GO to it!
