Just to remind you all, our overall group target set in the first week is
RM20,583,000...this is to be achieved over a period of 3 months or 12 weeks!
It means in order to achieve this we have to produce
RM1,715,250 per week!
3 weeks have already past and by the standard
we set ourselves, we should have reached
RM5,145,750!....and we have only done what.....?
just RM2,315,980...this is
RM2,829,770 or
55% off target! This is shameful guys!

I am pretty sure when we set the numbers during the first week of ENPRO,we must have taken into consideration many aspects of our planning and scheduling. We must have surely known our own deep strength and sense of resolve to perform BETTER while in EN PRO training then if we are outside by our selves.
I am urging ALL to re assess our selves to see if we are really putting in enough effort, and not just that...if we are are putting SERIOUS effort and commitment into this training and business.
Please remember there are over 40,000 PUBLIC MUTUAL agents and we are the only 30 to be given a
PRIVILEGE of this personal attention and first class training!

Our up line identified us and nominated us for this course for a reason, and one of that reason is that they see us to have POTENTIAL and they want to see that POTENTIAL shine!...I call upon all of us to return that faith and put SERIOUS EFFORT to SHINE! my fellow

Look guys, if you all think this is just another one of the motivational courses where you shout your voice hoarse and pump your fist with high energy every hour and feel good about your self...and also if you think this is just a fun fun, happy happy session...than you need to think again. The following scenario often occurs...just as soon as you step out of the training room and before the elevator reaches the bottom floor...you are back at your deflated self again and lost as to where to get started. FEAR sets in you again and you freeze in fright of closing a prospect?...and the cycle continues!
Save from a handful few of us in class, I think most of us are just as described above!...and when next week come...its just another round of rolling excuses, blames and justification of the low (or no) numbers!...HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO GO ON!...WAKE UP!
I notice that most of us are eager to leave the training room just as the trainer say the session is over. This tells us something...either you are rushing to a potential prospect to close a case or you are rushing back to your "comfort zone"! which is being back to the old habits and ways!
PLEASE guys...don't fool yourself...many tools and skills have been shared in the training session and you have to be BRAVE enough to try it...no! no! I take that back...there is NO TRYING here!...you
MUST DO IT!....
JUST DO IT! Do the activities, record and track them!
This is NOT just for PUBLIC MUTUAL to ramp up their numbers, nor is it for the trainers and management to achieve their KPIs...ITS FOR Y-O-U!!!!
(Yes - Only - U!)Entering the 4th week of EN PRO, one would expect the participate to be already "in the groove" with the required task and parameters of the training. YES?...check again!..Do ask yourself if you have diligently followed the training methods taught in class!
Are you proud of what you have achieved to date since ENPRO2 started? Have you felt the 'lift' in your energy and translated that into increasing activities, sales figures and higher confidence in your ability?
I do hope you take this notice seriously as the trainers are very concern of the pace set to date!
I CHALLANGE YOU TO STEP UP your efforts, activities and sales numbers! Show me and the rest of the class that you are not on perpetual business holiday and that you CAN get those numbers in...NO MORE EXCUSES, BLAMES JUSTIFICATION...any of you coming into Class with low numbers, be prepared to feel ashamed!...Don't even think that it is funny! PUSH YOUR SELF!!!! BEYOND your PERCEIVED POTENTIAL.
